We provide quotes in a timely manner using our bidding software that enables us to quote accurately. The result is comparable pricing for the quality and workmanship!
When can you have this project complete?
Once a design is approved, the time-to-table is easy because the software we use is part of the design phase, meaning any glitches are already worked out. Choice of finish will impact schedule, however. Our install, depending on size, can be accommodated to the customer's schedule.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we can ship and deliver! All costs will be quoted for the customer depending upon customer's requirements.
What lighting works best? Can I get it through you?
Our lanterns can be equipped for candles or solar lighting. Let us know what you are using and we can accommodate that for you! We have clients that have had electricians hard-wire their lanterns also. All look different and have their own beauty. Please ask us where to purchase your lighting, we will be glad to direct you!
Can you make this gas?
Our Fireballs were built for wood, however, we can adjust the lower connecting steel pipe to allow a gas fitter to install gas fittings for your preference. Please note this service requires a qualified plumber.
How do you install to prevent theft?
If theft is a concern, we have the experience and creativity to come up with a way to secure your piece.
Is there a warranty?
We warranty our piece for one year of manufacturing defects-- coating warranty is separate and is dependent upon final product. Our experience will be helpful in determining a resolution. A solution is always attainable!
